O.N.Z.C.D.A. is one of the finest award sites on the Internet today. It is graphically appealing and the navigation is easy to follow. The content is clear and understandable with helpful tips for their applicants. The site has a nice resource area that is a great source for web site builders new and old. The coding is as close to perfect that I have seen in a long time. Thumbs up going out to this terrific example of what award programs should be. It is with great pleasure and my highest respect that I award this site with our Gold award.

Description:
A site dedicated to the officers and men of Marine Bombing Squadron Six-Thirteen (VMB-613) for their faithful and honorable service during the Second World War. The site covers the entire history of the squadron with over 700 pages of text, photographs and official documents.
Comments:
Very well designed site. Excellent content. Good coding and easy to navigate. Nice clean graphic use that is in tune with the content of this site. This is a very large site that is an excellent place to visit and well worth the time.

Description:
The Kishacoquillas Valley Railroad was a charming backwoods railroad that ran in the heart of Pennsylvania. The KV was known as "the short line with a long name. The local residents cooked up their own nicknames, the "Lofty Vanderbilt", the "Hair Line" and the "Ol' Hook & Eye" reflecting its character and country mystique.
